It should, it's rated for 100W TDP, and the FX-6100 is 95W.

I think this fan will be very loud, its very small and probably has to move a lot of air to cool a 95W CPU. I have used this cooler before and I would not recommend it for any price, It sounded like a jet engine when on load.
