Hello everyone,

I am going to be getting a new pc soon and I got some programs on my laptop that I want to transfer to my new pc. Programs like sony vegas and adobe photoshop. Instead of filling up my usb can I get a usb cable plug it into my laptop and on the other end plug it to my new pc and would that work?

I was thinking this maybe: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Metre-Male-Data-Cable-Lead/dp/B002B0ZGOW/ref=sr_1_2?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1435090594&sr=1-2&keywords=usb+transfer+cable

You need software to do that not just a cable it was a thing back in the day to transfer data like that but it would be better to just in general reinstall everything it will give you a fresh install without any junk.
