I'm searching a replacement for a power supply.

  • Flex ATX/1U
  • <175 mm deep
  • At least 80+ Bronze certified
  • Reputable OEM (FSP, Seasonic,...)
  • At least 350 W, good 12 V Rail(s)
  • No need for specific cables, I've lots of adaptors

I'm in Spain and results were kind of... disappointing. Budget isn't an issue but it's not like I'm going to spend 300 € on this :P

I'm modifying a case, it came with a proprietary PSU which is literally half of the thickness of a Flex ATX PSU, but It can take one if the 5,25" bay isn't used. With some CAD it can definitely fit a GTX 970 (mini ITX version)+riser and the plan is to put that with a 1230 v3

Smaler than Flex ATX O.o? How much power can they provide?

That would be interesting for other projects ;)

honestly never messed with them, saw a review on pc perspective. They are/can be slighly smaller than normal psu's of similar wattage. But the flex size is pretty strange.

The stsf30 is what i was looking at.

"normal PSUs"?

If you mean SFX then that's way too big, It'd take half of the case's space or maybe wouldn't even fit.

This is an example of the the format I mean, flex ATX:

For reference, that's a 40mm fan

i see, it says from reviews they fit in a 2u rack for a server. Still are plenty of flex psu's just most have horrible reviews. O but don't think 1u poop, im sorry.

Flex ATX is aka 1U

That's exactly why I mentioned only FSP and Seasonic... since those are the only 1U PSU OEMs I've tried.

But I'm searching a 350 W model for some room, I'd do it with a 250 W PSU, but for noise sake I need it to be relatively silent
