I plan to be gaming at 1080p. My budget is $1400 US

 

CPU- I would prefer an intel

I knew I forgot something. yes I would need a keyboard and mouse but I have a monitor and headset.

Things you can upgrade later. You can always add another 8gbs of ram if it's not enough. You could always add an SSD later.

For the keyboard/mouse yeah I cheaper out. It's pretty good for $28 with a mouse included. Say in like 2 months you could get something like a Ducky shine keyboard and reuse the mouse if you like it. However if you want you could get a GTX 980 leaving $150 to get a better Keyboard and mouse now.

Get windows 7 off of g2a or reddit and create a bootable drive from a USB drive.

No it's only like $20-$25 though, I don't exactly know how to do it, make a post on how to though :)
