pc crashing

Hey so I already had problems with the pc cuz it sometimes crashed (specifications and previous post: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/386150-pc-crashing/)

now I got a different crash that I think I already had like once, where the win8 screen comes up saying the pc has to be restarted while the sound is bugging and when it restarts i get a black screen saying ''insert proper boot device'', the only thing that worked was turning off and on the PSU again so I can reboot. Why do I always have such weird problems, I also did a complete Windows 8.1 reinstall!

go to pc info then advanced system settings, then in the startup and recovery section click settings, under system failure make sure automatically restart is unticked.
