Heres what I have and my problems, any help would be very much appreciated!

Corsair R200 mid
Asus M599FX PRO 2.0
AMD FX-6350 3.9 ( watercooled with a Seldon 120v )
8 GB Corsair Vengence
Club 3D Royalqueen R9 280x ( Watercooled with a NZXT kraken g10 and Corsair H105 )
250GB HyperX/1TB WD
Corsair RM650w
2 Corsair SP120 Quiet edition on rads
2 other case fans hooked up by molax to 3 pin connectors

Now my problem is I had the GPU with a different MB (MSI 990FXA-GD65 ) without the watercooler and Corsair SP120 fans and it worked fine, temps were about 70c on full load. I could not hook up the watercooler on the GPU with that MB because it only had 1CPU fan connector so I bought the Asus MB off a friends because it has 2 and decided to pick up 2 SP120 3 pin fans.

Hooked it all up, right I think? The SP120 fans came with some sort of connector and I have that hooked up to extend the GPU pump 3 pin to the MB CPUfan connector, I dunno if that is my problem but in speedfan and on my MB BIOS CHAfan 1 and 2 keep jumping in RPM, All fan connectors on this Asus MB are 4 pin and im connectiong 3 pin SP120s in, could that be why? Or should I take the 3 pin SP120s back and get the 4 pin ones?

Also in speedfan its showing temp3 as -120c...

Should I just stick MSI MN and the stock heatsink back on GPU to where it worked before I switched? It is the MB or how I have it set up?

Im very confused as to why this is happening and help with me very very much appreciated, I could possibly get pics of all this if needed!

Thank you!
