125w+95w+(50w)=260w

So anything over 300w

so a 600w prolly best since PSU tend to work most efficient at 50% load

Yep, but 600w is overkill so i would go max 500w.

(Idle load is max 100w)

I would recommend the Corsair GS 600 2013 edition as your psu.

Power supplies are most efficient between 20-80% load.  They are designed to run most efficient past 50%.  The calculator the OP linked is pretty spot on as well.  My recommendation for PSU is in the power supply section: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/39116-pcbudgetsolutions-gaming-pc-buying-guide-ver-i/

Specs: Core I7-2600K @ 4.5GHz @ 1.35V, 4x4GB Corsair Vengeance Black 1600MHz CL9, Cooler Master Evo 212, MSI Z77 Mpower Motherboard, Sapphire Radeon HD 7950 Vapor-X @ 1000/1400, Cooler Master HAF 932 Blue Edition w/ 3 Cougar Hydraulic Bearing 120MM fans (2 up top 1 in the bottom) replaced side panel with a window, and rear fan with a Cougar Hydraulic Bearing 140MM, Cooler Master GX 650 80+ Bronze PSU, Samsung DVD-RW, Samsung 840 Pro 128GB SSD, Seagate 750GB SATA III 7200RPM

heres the list:

Processor: AMD FX-8530

Graphics card: Palit Nvidia Geforce gtx 650 Ti Boost 2GB

Motherboard:Asrock 970 extreme4, Am3+ (or Something better, depends on the budget)

And some other hard drives and stuff

A cx430 would do.
