3d Rendering workstation

I'm looking to build a computer to use as a workstation. I need to reasonable powerful for not a crazy amount of money. It doesn't have to be used for gaming. Im looking to use it for rendering in blender and in the UDK engine.

** Im looking for it to be around 600 dollars.

-I would like to have one ssd at least for the boot drive and my work drive with there hard drives for mass storage

-this system does not have to game in the slightest

-Doest matter on looks just raw performance
