Reservoir size doesn't matter much of anything except making initial filling easier.  If it's a tiny reservoir then you're going to be stop starting the pump 6 times to keep refilling the reservoir.

Another question. Will a 750w power supply be enough for water cooling if I use a 12v pump?

 

V * A = W

 

a pump is no more than 1 amp at 12V so its no more than 12W. if you know the true rating then you can figure out the real Wattage.
