What are you wanting to do with this build?

What's your budget and location? I'm assuming 2000 pounds and mainland UK respectively

There's a lot I'd want to change:

1) Remove the network card, onboard gigabit ethernet is fine.

2) You don't need an i7 unless you're doing something pretty CPU intensive like content creation

3) You can afford more than a GTX 970, think the 980 Ti?

4) You chose an ancient SSD. Go with a Samsung 850 Pro 240GB or something at least

5) Please get more mass storage, a cheap 2TB HDD at least?

6) You can get those screens but you can probably afford better?

7) I wouldn't particularly recommend the 650D.

Sig under construction.

I've included the screens you wanted. I haven't included the headset because I think that you'd be better off with a pair of good headphones plus a modmic or something.

You can swap out motherboards (I've chosen this one because it's a good price and I have its predecessor and it's awesome), you can swap out the HDD for a faster one if you want, and you can swap out the Define R5. However, it will probably make your build quite quiet. You can go with a more expensive cooler than the Hyper 212 Evo, giving you better headroom for overclocking (I'd recommend an NH-D15 but that might require swapping out the RAM I chose for lower-profile ram), which would result in you getting a very quiet system.
I would also add some more fans to the mix.

Thank you for helping me out :)

Sorry for not quoting you; this meant that you wouldn't receive the notification.

I think I'll probably head to bed now (I'm in the UK too and I'm not really meant to be up this late).

If you want my attention later, the best way is probably to PM me. Goodnight.
