Hyper X Cloud Mic not working

So I just got a hyper x cloud gaming headset I love it, but the only problem is that the mic doesn't work. it saysHyper X Cloud Mic( inline is what it says) isn't "plugged in"  in sound device manager.

Do you have the mic and earphone portion plugged into the jack on your front panel? With the hyperx cloud there are seperate plugins for the front panel. If it is the hyperx cloud II, then you have one jack.

I have the cloud, I have both of them plugged in the right place and they're both enabled

Also the headphones work completely fine

Never mind it was the wrong one because i can listen to it
