Problems with my Shield Tablet

I got my Shield Tablet for Christmas so I haven't had it but six months. It has happened for a while but more recently it has started happening even more. I will be doing normal things on the tablet when it will freeze and make a very loud buzzing sound and I will have to restart it. Is there a way I can return it and get a new one?
