Affordable Video Editing pc

I want to build an affordable, stable, as silent as possible and easily upgradable video editing pc that will be used for 1080p and 4K video editing 80% of the time (Premier Pro, After Effects, Resolve) and gaming 20% of the time.

Cpu: Intel Core i5 4690K

Gpu: Nvidia GTX 660 (From my current build)

Mobo: Asus Z297-Pro Gamer

Ram: Corsair CMY16GX3M2A1866C9

Psu: Thermaltake SPS-730MPCBEU (From my current build)

Storage:

 WD Blue 1TB x1

 WD Green 2TB x2

 Adata Premier PRO SP900 64GB (From my current build)

ODD: LG CH12NS30

Case: Be Quiet! Silent Base 800

Cooling: 

 Cpu: Cooler Master Evo 212 (From my current build) with 2x Noctua NF-F12 Fans

 Case: Be Quiet! Pure Wings 2 140mm Fans

 

Is this build 100% value for money, what should I change? Also does it worth it to wait for the new intel cpu generation and ddr4 ram with less latency (My current pc has an i3 540 and 4gb ddr3 ram, no sata 3 or usb 3)?
