I would go for MSI GTX 670 Power Edition or even the OC version

i prefer MSI because it has a great cooling system. large heat pipe and and 2 fans blowing heat fins

2 fan is always better than one. Somemore u intend to Overclock it. i will help cooling better

but remember this, 2 fans are always noisier compare to 1 fan.

but for me. i rather get a better cooling rather than abit more noisy.

EVGA GTX 670 Signature 2 has two fans but the noise of the fans could cause a problem.

I'm currently using the MSI 670 OC Power Edition and its fairly quiet even with 2 fans

But realistically (assuming ur on a budget like most people) any of the above mentioned are all excellent choices

and it boils down to which one is currently the best value for u

3770k, Asrock Extreme 4, 16GB Dominator Plat, AX760i, 250GB BX100, 1.5TB Seagate, Win 7 Home Prem

If you plan on doing CUDA supported stuff get a MSI 670 PE, otherwise get a 7970, it is the same price and performs a better ( standard 7970, not ghz )
