Attachment Spam - HELP!

Hi guys,

 

So we are being bombarded with Word Document attachment spam, and mcafee Enterprise anti spam isnt picking it up. Do you awesome lots have any exchange 2013 antispam tech tips for me, can I tweak MSME ? 

 

Its very frustrating having to manually block each block of spam, even If I can.
