Grounded mic ?

Hey guys i just bought a mic few months ago and i use it for recording those days and i just stopped using the mic couple of weeks when i want to start to record i just hearing a endless ground sound and i play a feedback in sound options when i touch the pc side panel case the ground will reduce and i can hear my voice i don't know if this correct forum xD sorry about that
