Should I wait?

Go to solution Solved by ChaseB,

2 days ago everyone was saying "the 390x is just a 290x rebrand it will perform the same" but now there are synthetic benchmarks showing the 390x having nearly the same performance as a GTX 980. Wait and see what comes out.  Get some benchmarks when everything is released, has prices, and has drivers. The 290x will likely drop in price as well

wait 2 weeks for the new ones to come out, and 290x drop in price

So I say that I am a GPU expert and I am but I have a really tough decision. I really want a graphics card that is most likely AMD and around or under $320 US. Should I buy the 290X now or should I really wait the months maybe yfor the new one. Can someone please help make up my mind.

I know it will only be two weeks but Then After that it will be months before release and all the hype goes down. Should I still wait. Also BTW best video ever of linus.
