hi guys i would like to buy a r9 270 but my motherboard has only pci express 2.0 do i get a significant decrease in performance?

forgive me for my bad english but i am italian

not that much. as far as i can see. you only get around 2-5 fps extra for pcie 3.

That shouldn't be a any problem. PCIe 2.0 isn't that old compared to 3.0.
