Windows 7 Tray Icons randomly disappear.

For some odd reason Afterburner and Core Temp like to disappear from the tray when their suppsoed to be showing temperatures. I know how to get them to work again, basically the program is running and if I restart it they will show again, but anyone know why they keep disappearing after a restart etc?

I don't know if the Active X Control bug is causing it but, people always say to go to zones in regedit and delete the the folder before 0 and thats nto even their..
