Network bars not appearing... Windows 7

What's up guys

I have just had to reinstall Windows 7 due to a boot error and now the network bars won't show... I'm 100% connected to the internet  and wireless adapters drivers are installed, it's just that the bars don't show up. Any ideas?post-234755-0-14834000-1434222447.png

Edit: My computer also doesn't connect automatically to the internet at startup...
