Should I consider AIO loop?

Hello so I recently bought i7 4790k and I can keep 4.4GHz stable @ 1.140V and I can push it to 4.5GHz @ 1.150(still might lower it, need to test till 1.141) so should I consider an AIO loop ir I lost the silicon lotery?

212 Evo should easily keep you cool enough. less than 1.2V is nothing.

I'm on 212 EVO. I might be a newb but not that hardcore lol. So I guess the chip is all good? If so what AIO loop can you guys siggest?

I have an Define R4 so it states it supports 240mm rad on top inside the case but I don't know about push-pull. I have an Maximus VII Hero so can I get a 240mm AIO loop and put it inside the case with push-pull config?

Is it worth to get 280 or 360mm loops in terms of performance and silence? If yes I might consider a new case since I'll build another computer for internet browsing I might give it my Define R4. So is it worth it?

Air soopercoolers cost almost the same and provide even better cooling at lower noise, than AIO.
