Hi guys :) sorry for all the typo's and bad grammar

not so long ago i posted a topic with a pc i wanted to build and needed some help finding the right parts.

well here i am today with all my parts and lots of problems
No overclocking was done by us

1. H100I GTX dosent pump water around and cpu goes to 99 degrees and we manually turn pc off.

swaps to stock aircooler from i7-4790k with h100i still connected to see if it works then windows is install (nothing happens)
Downloads corsair link to see if it makes a difference but it detects h80i gt insted of h100i gtx but it still dosent work

2. We get the pc rolling with the stock cooler and it works fine.

then i went to sleep but in the middle of the night pc turns on and off ALOT! by itself for 5 hours

Then i had enough off that turning on and off and turned on the pc myself and found out all the drivers from yesterday didnt install after downloading.

began to download and install drivers myself but then i came to BIOs update and the computer turned off by itself but just before i did i looked at the mobo and saw it was 99 degrees before shutting off.

Tried to start the pc again but nothing showed on screen.

switched to bios 2 on the mobo and it worked but the third problem happend

3. vertical red lines appeared on screen and the temps rised quickly again to 99 degrees and i shut the pc off manually to try not damaging anything further.

This is were i stand now. not knowing of its the GPU or the mobo or whats wrong with the pc :(

And btw. sometimes there was a strange clicking sound. (sounded like it came from the modo but not sure)

Hope you guys can help

We get the pc rolling with the stock cooler and it works fine....

...just before i did i looked at the mobo and saw it was 99 degrees before shutting off.

So, if I am understanding this correctly, you figured your liquid cooler was broken and put the stock cooler back on. Then everything was working fine. If so, why did you experience 99 degrees again later with the stock cooler with no overclocks? The only logical explanation that I can think of is that you went ahead and put back the broken liquid cooler after seeing that everything was fine with the stock cooler. Or am I wrong?

Its like the stock cooler cant cool the cpu enough. even then the stock cooler is on and the cpu is working just alittle bit the degrees goes up like crazy

Stock cooler should be able to handle stock clocks without a problem, given you aren't running crazy stress test softwares. If it doesn't, then there might be something wrong with the way you're mounting the coolers (both stock and liquid). I can't imagine both the stock and liquid cooler being faulty at the same time, so there is definitely something wrong with how you're implementing those coolers (i.e. mounting them).

Check LTT's Youtube videos on how to build a PC if you're looking for advice as to how to mount the coolers properly.
