Help with no 4G?

So I have a GT-N7108 that i got from a friend, but I can't make it able to run 4g on T-Mobile. Edge and calling works fine, but i really want it to run 4g.

 

Do you guys know how to do this? either updating modem or flashing a rom?

That phone only supports Cellular Data Links: GPRS, EDGE, UMTS, HSDPA, HSUPA, It doesn't support 4G im afraid
