Transferrring OS

Go to solution Solved by Godlygamer23,

It's an Intel 320 series ssd. I've never cloned a drive before, will the copy of windows still be activated when I clone it?

Intel should include software with it - you might want to reference the included items though just to be sure. Yes, Windows should still be activated - if it isn't, re-enter your key. If you don't know the key, there are programs you can use to extract it so you can copy it.

Depending on the SSD you purchase, it should come with cloning software for you to use.
