1. Budget & Location
Budget is €800/$900 including a monitor (I live in Ireland), but I would be willing to stretch it a bit if it would have any large improvements.

2. Aim
Will be used for both gaming (all types), watching videos, and web browsing.

3. Monitors
One 1080p monitor.

4. Peripherals

A 1080p monitor, roughly 22", and I'm not sure about 60Hz and 144Hz, could someone give me some help on the two?

This is my first build and any help is appreciated. I would also like to include a 120gb SSD for the OS.

this is amazon france but i believe they deliver to ireland. there is some good deals. dont get the OS and it will cost 900 euros and trust me the extra 100 IS WORTH IT

but then you would also need to spend an extra 100 euro for the monitor. this is just what i have saved on my computer. ill take some time later to build one more within your budget BUT i fully recommend

overall it will cost 1000 euro.

Corsair CX is beaten by cheap XFX TS, Antec HCG, any XFX/Seasonic for similar prices and all have longer warranties
