[CS:GO] silly question about missions

Hello all,

 

Since this is the first operation release I've encountered, and also the first operation I bought, I have a (stupid) question.

You get a drop every week, but does that mean you can get it every thursday/wednesday when the operation was released, or do you have to wait 1 week after your previous drop?

The operation was released wednesday, will I be able to get a drop (if I rank up) every wednesday?

Or if I level up friday, do I have to wait a week for a drop (so the next friday), or can I get one wednesday, when the operation was released?

Kind of hard to explain, but I think you get the point.
