I get these weird on screen "waves" kinda hard to explain what they are but they kinda do a light flash and are extremely distracting as far as I can tell it only happens in a few games most specifically CSGO now the part that has me confused is that these waves aren't always here they only appear once im about half loaded into a match and get most prominent once im all the way in game, any estimates or suggestions would much appreciated and thank you.

Did your computer eat something it shouldn't have eaten?

Is any part of your computer overclocked?

I haven't played a huge variety yet on this system but it happens occasionally on League of Legends and ik it doesn't happen on Skyrim so i'm not sure if has something to do with stress on the system or what

Post your system specs, and do a clean install of your graphics drivers - speaking of which, are you running the latest graphics drivers?

Remove your drivers using the normal method of program removal(CCleaner, Control Panel, etc), and then run this utility to remove any traces of the drivers. http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html

Definitely make sure you're downloading the latest revision.
