So I've been streaming League of Legends on Twitch.tv (here's a link if you're interested in watching lel www.twitch.tv/inaxz ) 

 

and what I tried to do is record with shadowplay while I'm streaming, what I've noticed is my ping going up from 115/120 ms to 145/150 ms

 

so does anyone know why? 

 

here's my PC specs and my internet speeds

 

CPU : i5 3570k

RAM : 32GB Corsair Vengeance @ 1600Mhz

GPU : MSI GTX 970 4G

I use OBS to stream and my Max bitrate is at 1600 as well as my buffer size

im surprised you can stream at all with that upload speed...

Hp DL380 G5 with one E5345 and bunch of hot swappable hdds in raid 5 from when i got it. intend to run xen server on it

TOSHIBA Satellite P850 with Core i7-3610QM,8gb of ram,default 750hdd has dual screens via a external display as main and laptop display as second running windows 10

im surprised you can stream at all with that upload speed...

 

I am too, but it really works, and great quality too :P
