So my screen tearing is noticeably bad even with v-sync turned on. It's really bad on all the games I play like GTA 5. Am I doing something wrong with my settings?

tryed eneabling triple buffering and v-sync from control panel of the graphics card?

no not yet

try and tell how it went? also, try rebooting

looks like gta is locked at 30fps for somereason?
