So I have a plan, kinda, to make a new case because I just don't like my current case which is a Thermaltake S41 Urban.

It's a rather simple idea, the front, outer side and top will be made from 5mm thick acrylic. With room in the front for twin 200mm fans and the other fan stuff I will add as I can be bothered xD

One thing I am not sure about is that I will have to mount the keyboard on the left side of the case, So i have to decide on how to do that. My first idea was to just scuttle on old case from the local markets that would fix my MSI Z87-G45 board and then screw that onto the left side of the case, because I'm not sure about making my own holes for mounting the motherboard. Ideas?

Also thoughts on the overall idea for the case? And No I am not lighting this up, I personally hate LEDs at lease at this point.

You should make a square chassis, with everything made out of acrylic.

Looks interesting, why go with the jigsaw interlock over say a hinge or pin?

depends on whether you want it completely clear, or to have bits of metal ie. hinges and pins in it
