Your limit will be roughly 1.35v-1.45v depending on what speeds you turn your fans to, and what VCCIN you have set.

 

You should be able to get close to 4.5 if you have a decent chip.

 

 

I was able to benchmark at 4.77 ghz on the core, and 4.4 ghz on the cache, with 3000 mhz RAM with my H100i GTX, but only forvery short benchmark runs, and I'd be at 85-90C the entire time.
