How much can I overclock my 5890K with an H100i GTX ?

Kinda redundant question. It could get too 4.3GHz, or 5GHz.

Your limit will be roughly 1.35v-1.45v depending on what speeds you turn your fans to, and what VCCIN you have set.

 

You should be able to get close to 4.5 if you have a decent chip.

 

 

I was able to benchmark at 4.77 ghz on the core, and 4.4 ghz on the cache, with 3000 mhz RAM with my H100i GTX, but only forvery short benchmark runs, and I'd be at 85-90C the entire time.

this is different per chip, its just the silicon lottery, however, witht hat cooler you could get is pretty high

As others have said, it really varies from chip to chip. I have a 5820k and am able to get it to 4.3 GHZ on a custom loop. Temps at idle are around 35C, at load around 50-60C.
