16GB of ram? Way too much mate. 8GB will be just fine. Using the money saved, get a decent Intel/Samsung SSD to speed PS up a bit.

you can save on the ram with only getting 1 of the 2 kits, the noctua fan is also not really needed and since its a non k card a cheeper cooler would do fine. that would save you enough money to get a good quality SSD for a boot drive.

CPU: AMD FX 6300 @4.2GHZ | MSI 970A-G 46| Gskill Sniper 2X4GB 2400| Samsung 840 EVO 120GB| NZXT Phantom 410 gunmetal|

Apevia 680W Iceberg| HIS R9-270X| WD green 3TB|

It looks good.

But I don't think you need the cpu cooler, the stock intel cooler does a good job on non-k processors you might need an aftermarket cooler if your temps get a bit high.

Steve Wozniak - "Never trust a computer you can't throw out a window."                                                                                                                                               Carl Sagan - "If you want to make an apple pie from scratch, you must first create the universe."

Spoiler

CPU: Core i5 6600K Cooling: NH-D14 Motherboard: GA-Z170XP-SLI RAM: 8GB Patriot Graphics: Sapphire Nitro R9 380 4G Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda PSU: Threamaltake Smart 750W

My computer runs on MSX, Its very hard to catch.

Everything else looks good. Since it's under 800, get a SSD to speed things up.
