looking for tablet options

A friend of mine is looking to buy a tablet, his budget is 100 to 300 USD and there is no preference of OS. I already grilled him on what his uses are going to be and he said that he just wants options. I need some options to give him.

Well if he wants options, then he's gonna have to pick between windows and android. (Cause IOS certainly does not give you many options xD)
