* I thought of this earlier but I need a second opinion on this topic should I buy USED or NEW parts? Keep in mind this is my 1st PC I'm building.

1. [budget & Location] My budget would like to be under $1000 with tax included I am from Los Angeles California United States of America

2. [Aim] My aim for this PC is to play Minecraft, GTAV, RUST, H1Z1, GMOD, CSGO, and other titles. I would also like to be able to lightly record and render this gameplay as I wish to make highlight videos in the future.

3. [Monitors] I think 1 monitor will be fine.

4. [Peripherals] I have a mouse and I still need a keyboard not sure what to get tho I need it to be quiet as my parents don't like to hear me gaming at night and headphones looking at the hyper x clouds.

5. [Extra] Intel and Nvidia please need it to run cool and not hog a lot of power. I have windows 7 or 8 on a CD so no need for that. Also I am very ocd about parts idk why tho.

Yet again the NEX PSUs come out

These aren't great PSUs. The EVGA G2, GS, B2, XFX TS/XTR are all better choices and are made by SuperFlower/Seasonic, who are better than FSP who make the G1 and NEX
