Mice lag

Hey guys

While gaming BF4 i get massive movement-lag. 

 

Corsair M95

 

It all starded after i got a new MB and CPU so i might be driver related, but it is up to date.

 

I move my mouse and there is no response for like a sec and then it move the amount i wanted to.

It don't happen all the time, it happens at random.

Sometimes it keeps firing and when scoping it is worse, It is as if the mouse cant handle more then one "command" at the time.

I have tried a different port (USB 2/ USB 3) and the same happens.

I have tried a different mouse ( some randome usb mouse) 

 

Please help, i just want to enjoy my games.
