So I downloaded OBS VCE to use the H264 encoder to stream to twitch with less performance loss, I have an ASUS R7 260X 2GB with 15.4 Drivers. Everytime I try to stream with the VCE option the drivers crash! Any ideas why? Is it becuase its BETA Drivers?

I have that graphics card and can stream perfectly fine* - I don't use VCE, though.

It might just because it's the BETA drivers. Have you tried non-BETA drivers?

Without VCE I can too, but thwn I take the CPU performance hit.

Nope, and I dont want to go back, cause GTA5 performance was shit with 14.12 or w/e the drivers was :P

I got the Internet, but not the PC to do it lol :3

Both GTAV and OBS are pretty CPU intensive, which won't help either - which makes me think it's less about the drivers. Have you tried it with any other games - maybe less demanding ones?

That's why I want to use VCE, it does the CPU encoding on the GPUs H264 instead and you wont take the hit. Like SHADOWplay basically.

Its only when I use VCE which goes on the GPU, OBS crash the drivers. Streaming on normal CPU is fine.
