need help from indians

I'm doing an assignment on terrorism, in particular within Jammu Kashmir prior to 9/11. Found it very hard to find any concrete evidence of Pakistani involvement in terrorism there, but i do know that from india's POV Pakistan has been aiding terrorists or any other insurgencies in the region. Can anyone help me find some information, even if it's in hindu i'd just use translate. Would be more than i'd find now.

while i cant disapprove of an assignment on terrorism (because really, people need to be better educated about this...)
