Nvidia driver 353.06

I am still getting TDR errors with the new driver so I rolled back to driver 350.12. It appears the new driver also causes a access denied error when trying to change the 3D settings in the control panel after you downgrade drivers. The fix for it seems to be uninstall the new drivers with DDU then clean install the driver you want and don't install geforce experience. That worked for me. You may optionally be able to fix it by just uninstalling geforce experience but I haven't tested that.
