Good wordpress news plugin

Hey any of you out there experienced with wordpress (thats a trick question i know you are)

 

i have a client thats wants a news banner like "the one on MSN and IGN" but he wants it to be fed news from something like a RSS feed.

(one that accepts RSS ans image feeds wuld be awsome) 

 

So if you know of any ones like this let me know free is preferred but there's 15$ in the budget for plugins so its not a must.

I've used Everslider in one of my Wordpress projects. It's nice and easy for common posts.

It doesnt say it's competible with an RSS feed, i know these plugins are highly user friendly for customization.

If you want a premade RSS ready plugin you could use https://wordpress.org/plugins/slidewizard/ (first hit on google)

Thanks ill give it a try and let you know how it goes. (im going to laugh if the first hit on google ends up being the ONE lol)
