FX-6350 OC

I have an AMD FX-6350 which is supposed to be unlocked so I can overclock and I have a Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P motherboard and I have tried going into my bios and overclocking the system, but it will not allow me to do so. I do not understand why I cannot OC my card.
