Error 15?

So I recently wanted to upgrade my wife's cpu to my a8 7600 that I just upgraded from, but she did not have a FM2+ motherboard so I ended up just getting the cheapest one from gigabyte I could find which was the F2A68HM-H everything went well got one beep from the mobo but when I hook it up to a display all it says is "ERROR 15" ive tried 3 different dimms from 3 different manufacturers and I tried booting it with her a6-5400k I was replacing and still getting the same error. ive scoured the internet for anything that the error might mean but Im having no luck I would really appreciate any help

Given you get an erorr code, I assume that the beep is from a error code, not startup. Is it possible that you RAM is faster than the max speed your motherboard supports?

Tomshardware is several threads with people suffering the same problem, all either RAM not compatable with mobo or faulty mobo and RMA'd.
