MSY and customer service/returns cannot go together.

 

bought 2x4gb DDR3 sticks, and they gave me 2x2 while charging me for 2x4, despite me walking out of the store for just a few seconds before I realized, too late, they refused to do anything about it. this was in 2010, around the demise of A&R (rip), and I haven't had an incident with them since, so im not sure if they have changed or not.

 

i remember from your last post you have an ASRock... you are double-fucked there my man, those suck, but have you tried contacting ASR and explaining your situation?

I tried to buy a processor from them late last year. I got a message from them a few hours later saying that they only had one left in stock and that it was "in such terrible condition" (seriously?) that they couldn't sell it to me. They automatically refunded my payment. I sent my payment on a Wednesday, and money was back in the bank the following Tuesday.

 

Can't offer any insight as to how they'd be to deal with personally though, my transaction was all done behind the scenes with zero input from me. Turn around time shouldn't be too bad, provided you can even get them to agree to a refund in the first place.
