You might be able to get a 100-300MHz overclock, but don't put the voltage up that much or at all if it can be helped. Try to aim for for the clock speed of the FX-6350 because I'm pretty sure the FX-6350 is just a pre overclocked FX-6300 and I'm also pretty sure they use the same stock cooler. Make sure the temps don't go over around 62c under full sustained load. Also I recommend the stability test tool in AMD Overdrive for testing temps under load as well as stability.

4.1 GHz is easily achievable on stock cooler without touching voltage, just make sure you got atleast half decent cooling in your case. Did this myself before i got H80i.
