One is the G1 Windforce, one is the Windforce. It's literally just a different shroud and maybe a slightly different heatsink.

The shroud is different - the Windforce logo on the G1 lights up, while the normal Windforce card just has a shiny logo. The coolers themselves are exactly the same, and I believe the G1 is clocked higher than the normal Windforce edition. The G1 also has a binned chip, which could allow for greater overclocking.

This is the same card as the G1 right but cheaper?

The boards are the same. You can just flash the g1 bios to the wf3. (Google search, there is a good thread comparing them)

I heard that the binning is the same but I cant be sure... my g1 hits 1.5ghz. Not the highest but its still good.
