Which cpu cooler should i get

so i was going to get the Corsair Hydro series h100i gtx cooler for $175 but the h100i is $150,, i dont mind paying a little more if the gtx is better but i cant tell the differences between them 

so whats different in them?

For 150 you can get an XSPC custom loop kit

Wouldn't make a difference since they are both ambient air cooled.
