Apps Crashing

Hey guys I was trying to connect my PS4 controller through Bluetooth when I noticed that the PC Settings app that exists in modern UI kept minimizing to my task bar. My task manager also seems to crash whenever I try to open it as well. Any ideas? I'm using DS4windows to connect my controller
