Can't connect to certain programs

Hey guys, 

This problem just occurred an hour ago.
I was planning to go an play some cs, but couldnt connect to either steam or teamspeak, tho I was able to load web pages and watch a stream, and even play songs online with spotify(with the spotify program).
My firewall is disabled as well as all the windows defender and i don't have any antivirus programs.

The only thing I did before this occurred on my pc was that I palyed some CS offline when I didn't have a patch cable connected.

Has anybody had this problem already and knows how to fix this?

Windows 7

cpu: FX-8320

gfx: gtx-760

mobo: asus m5a97 r2.0
