Choosing a new case

Hey guys,

 

Pretty new to the forums, I've always enjoyed Linus' videos and I finally joined in on the fun.

 

So I'm upgrading my pc in the next two months and the one thing I cant wait to get rid of is my shitty gigabyte sumo alpha.

I'm looking at the Corsair Vengeace C70 and Graphite 600T (white of course), I'm wondering what everyone elses opinion is?

 

I'm open to other suggestions (as long as they aren't too much more expensive than the 600T), the reason I'm considering this two is because 

 

A: I really like the way Corsair does things

B: They're both cool; stylistically

C: I can get them at cost price!

Nzxt Phantom 410 or standard. Its not of my tastes but quite a few people likge Fractal define design r4. The corsair 540 is great too.

Cases are really personal but for me a top 5 of my favorite cases under the price of a 600T:

 

-Corsair 350D

-NZXT H630 

-Fractal design R4 Windowed

-Bitfenix Shinoby ( XL )

-Cooler master silencio 650 ( i know it's an old case but hey i still love it ...)

 

But really you can get any case from the big brands and they are all good just make sure to check out reviews etc.

I like the R4 with a window, the Air 540, or the 650d (maybe)

 

Also the 350d is cool but I am not sure about the quality. Looking to replace my current case but nobody is interested on craigslist.

I also like NZXT's cases but only one retailer brings them into the country and they sell them for exorbitant prices.

Hmm I did think about LANability. I LAN maybe once every few months, and its obvious that the C70 is better but is the 600T not adept at all?

 

Does it weigh more than 10kg?

The case it self is around 9kg so if you put a build in it it would weight heavier than 10kg.

I would suggest the Define XL R2 if you want a quiet and simple case. You also have room for water cooling if you deicide to go with that some day. It's a bit big, but if that is not a problem then I would definitely consider it.

Get the c70. It is a real life y solid case. I have one. The handles are very sturdy on it.
