First build questions!

Hey guys so I will be getting my parts soon but this is my first time I am assembling a PC. I have watched many youtube videos including Linus, JayZ, Austin Evans etc. So i need to ask this... What can go wrong here? I think i got it but still, its a matter of a $1000.... Also i have no idea how to plug those front panel connectors, as i can see different motherboards have it in different location so will it be written below the header or I have to refer to the manual... Also how can i differentiate between fan headers and audio headers and also how many fans can i connect to my motherboard?

It all depends on which motherboard you buy
