I'm trying to record gameplay with friends. I was using Teamspeak 3 to record our voices and that picked up my friends and I. That part worked out fine. But, we were playing Tabletop Simulator and when I used my recording software Loilo (I even tried Fraps) to record the gameplay, it recoreded them talking as well. It was only them talking and not me. I didn't have Loilo (or Fraps) set to record voices, I had it set to record only gameplay. My question is if there is a way to fix this. I just want to record gameplay with Loilo (or Fraps) and not pick up them talking.

The only crap solution I found out works is if I take earbuds and have the sound playback set to default device and have my USB Logitech headphones set the sound playback to default communication device. But the problem is that I have to have an earbud in and Have the headset on as well in order for my game recording software to not record their voices. I believe I need it this way so it somehow separates the incoming sounds? I just want to be able to have both the sound of the game and the sound of them talking coming through one headset and record successfully.

I have earbuds, Logitech USB headset and a RazerBlackshark to use. I prefer the earbuds but any will do.

Use a splitter OR their is a setting which you can use a vitual splitter but you would need DXTORY.

"record gameplay" means, its records all of your primary audio output. It can't detect if its from the game or from TeamSpeak.

You have to use two separate audio devices, one for the game (set it to primary audio device) and one for TeamSpeak.

You could accomplish that with 'Voicemeeter'. Just set the virtual audio as primary audio device and loop it to your physical audio. Set the physical Audio device as audio device in TeamSpeak.
